There are a number of reasons why most vacation rentals, restaurants and shops remain unlisted. It can be any of the following:

"I don't exactly know how it works."

You would not need to, as I will take ownership of the entire process to save you the hassle of having to do your own homework. I'm a pro at this, having been working on such project types online with about three years under my belt. I understand the numerous platforms I will be working on, and I constantly go through refreshers to remain in the loop about the industry. If you would wish to learn the nitty-gritty, I would likewise be happy to give you a backgrounder during key instances without overwhelming you.

"I don't have the time to manage the online upkeep."

As a business owner, I don't think you even get to sleep! Especially if you're pretty hands on. I can bet that you prefer in-person correspondence. And yet, these industries are dynamic in nature and biz owners need to adapt to consumer demand and methods. That is where I come in: I have the TIME to devote to ensuring your online stats are high, making certain the metrics that count are beyond, if not within, expectations.

Absolutely! The nitty gritty of ecommerce is a science in itself. Doing your own homework won't be a walk in the park. But that is exactly why I'm here. I take on all the brainwork for you. This is actually what I do in my free time. I love these processes and I thoroughly understand how to work around them whenever necessary.  

"Doesn't it cost a fortune?"

For my hosting help, you will be sharing a portion of your booking earnings with me from the cash you earn on each booking after any applicable taxes and Airbnb's host service fee are deducted.

 

For example, if your listing’s nightly rate is $50 and a guest books 2 nights, the total you would earn is $100 (excluding the service fees and applicable taxes). If you share 20% with me, I would receive $20 for the reservation and you’d receive $80.

 

Earnings are paid out to all hosts for a listing at the same time, which is usually 24 hours after a guest’s scheduled check-in time, or if your guest is staying for 28 or more nights, payouts for that reservation are released monthly.

 

Keep in mind, shared earnings typically don’t include reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses or for any additional help I may end up providing. We shall discuss how to handle such expenses.

"I simply don't have the tools to do it."

I got into this line of work fully equipped with the optimum TOOLS to successfully market your rental, restaurant or shop online with my social media and ecommerce expertise. I have a steady internet connectivity at 7mbps at my workspace, my main PC is a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 with an i5 processor. My proficiency with crucial programs and applications is quite commendable.

​I was well into my third year of handling these project types via Upwork when I had a light bulb moment considering that I do know people in my local community who would also benefit greatly from the services my online clients already enjoy. That was when I decided to properly offer my listing solutions locally here in Sagada, and then to other strategic parts of the country.
